55H is a trading name of Finescalebrass (UK) Ltd. It was established to differentiate the models now being made to Korean standards by FM Models to those previously made in China by San-Cheng.

Having started Finescalebrass some 15 years ago, I am now retiredwork part time with the model business .

As explained above I felt it was important to differentate the two manufacturers. Finescalebrass models are new sold out and no spares are available

My interest in model railways started over 50 years ago and like many of you moved to the larger scales in my "later" years. The face of 55H at exhibitions as well as the voice on the phone.
